Before picking up your equipment, take a minute to review our rental policies and required information. This helps speed things up and keeps your project moving without delays.

Rental Rates & Time Periods

How Rental Time Works
 

  • Minimum Rate: 4 hours or 1 full day (varies by equipment)

  • Overnight Rate: 4:00 PM – 8:30 AM (max 4 hours run time)

  • Day Rate: 24 hours (up to 8 hours use)

  • Week Rate: 7 days (up to 40 hours use)

  • 4 Week Rate: 4 weeks (up to 160 hours use)

  • Weekend Rate: Friday - Monday (up to 8 hours use)
     

Important: Rental charges are based on time off the yard, not just usage.

What You’ll Need

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Credit or debit card (authorization required).

Payment & Deposits

  • Card authorization is typically 2x the rental amount.

  • Cash and local checks accepted (with conditions).

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery available based on mileage.

  • Equipment must be ready and grouped for pickup.

Equipment Responsibility

  • You’re responsible from pickup to return.

  • Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged accordingly.

  • Call ahead to extend rental periods

  • No penalty for cancellations within 24 hours
